September 15, 2022 Release Notes

The Curve Health team is pleased to deliver the following product enhancements. As always, thank you to YOU our users. Much of these enhancements come right from your use of the platform. If you have any improvements you want to see, login to the app and submit them here!

Remote Care Provider Activation Acknowledgement

• With this latest build, Providers will receive an updated text message alert when a new patient has been activated and assigned to them.
• The message will indicate to the Provider that they must reply with a "Y" or "Yes" within 15 minutes to acknowledge the patient activation.
• This acknowledgement can then be viewed in the Care Team Communication for the designated patient.
• Furthermore, the acknowledgement timestap will be added to the patient's Activity Log.

Lockout Time Reduction

• Previously, a user was locked out of the platform for one hour after five unsuccessful login attempts.
• With this latest release, a User will now only be locked out for five minutes after consecutive unsuccessful login attempts.
• The User will be notified when they have one remaining attempt left.
• The User will also be notified of how long their account is locked.

Other Platform Improvements

• Fixed an issue where the Video Stream would begin when a Provider's phone was being dialed.
• Fixed an issue where the Video Stream would not end when the Provider ended a call.
• Fixed an issue where the patient tile would not indicate that a new order has been placed for the patient.
