Article summary

The Curve Health team is pleased to deliver the following product enhancements. As always, thank you to YOU our users. Much of these enhancements come right from your use of the platform. If you have any improvements you want to see, login to the app and submit them here!

Prescription Pad / Ordering Window Improvements

  • The search functionality within the Ordering Window has been improved to return much more detailed results when searching for a specific medication/IV.
  • The search results will now include different dosages and forms of the desired medication/IV, allowing the Provider to select the specific option that best suites the patient's needs.
  • The Ordering Window UI has been improved to allow for easier and more efficient IV ordering.
  • The Window includes two new "Form" options titled IV and IVPB.
  • The Provider will now have a "Rate" field for which they can enter the desired rate when ordering an IV.
  • Removing an order will no longer delete the order from the window entirely. Instead, removed orders will have a strike through the text to indicate the order has been removed. This will be visible on Mobile and Web.

Provider Home Screen Experience

  • Slight changes to the Provider home screen have been made to improve the experience.
  • A greeting message to the Provider will now be displayed when the Provider is within the "Virtual Rooms" tab.
  • When there are no activated patients, the Provider will be notified via a message within the "Virtual Rooms" tab. This was implemented to reduce confusion when, previously, a Provider would sign in and see an empty screen.

Other Platform Improvements

  • Several bugs have been addressed which impacted the the pairing of a second device (patient camera). With the resolution of these bugs, the Bedside Care Provider can now pair a patient camera while they are in an ongoing video call with a Provider!
  • The Patient Chart output PDFs have been renamed for clarity within the EMR. The filename will now include the session ID and the Addendum ID (if applicable). The filename will now provide clarity as to which form contains the latest addendum, if one has been added.
  • The requirement for the Provider to complete the "Medication Review" module has been lifted. The Provider will no longer be required to designate each medication as keep or discontinue unless they wish to do so.
  • A board removal reason "Provider No-Show" has been added to the list of board removal options.
  • The issue preventing the User from selecting "Other" as the board removal reason has been resolved.
