The Curve Health team is pleased to deliver the following product enhancements. As always, thank you to YOU our users. Much of these enhancements come right from your use of the platform. If you have any improvements you want to see, login to the app and submit them here!

File Upload Changes on Mobile

• The File Upload feature on mobile has been slightly modifed to take the User directly to the Camera with one click for quick and easy photo captures and uploads.
• The ability to upload a saved photo has been removed in order to prevent PHI from being saved and stored on the devices.

Provider Improvements

• The Prep tab has been renamed Review and now shows the Curve Connection activation details
  

Provider Escalation and Routing for CTCs

• In order to ensure effective and timely care, CTCs will now be able to escalate/reassign a patient event to a new Provider.
• The CTC will have the ability to perform this function by changing the "Active Provider on Curve" for the patient.
• The routing will default to the next best Provider, however, the CTC will also be able to choose a another provider, if applicable.
• After assigning to a new provider the following happens automatically:
  • Prior provider is removed from the care team chat.
  • New provider is added to the care team chat.
  • A system message in the care team chat indicates that the encounter was reassigned.
  • Any future scheduled appointments with the prior provider will be reassigned to the new provider.
