New Authentication Experience for non-PCC Users

We deployed a new user registration and authentication flow for non PointClickCare users. PCC users should continue to use PCC single sign-on to log into the Curve Platform.

Non-PCC users, should go to app.curvehealth.com and click on the Register link and follow the instructions there to set up your new account. Reach out to your Care Traffic Controller (CTC) for assistance in setting up your account.

Read-Only Code Status

Going forward we will now display a view-only Code Status directly from the EHR. This negates the need for a user to update the code status widget. In addition to this change, when a Remote Provider on Curve (RPC) creates a new MOLST/POLST form for a patient, they will indicate whether Code Status / Advanced Directives changed. If changed, the patient documentation will include an order or orders instructing the Bedside Care Providers (BCP) to make those changes in the EHR.
