Users Impacted:

Remote Provider on Curve (RPC)

One click connection with LanguageLine for translation services

  • During a call, a provider can click on a link to "Dial Out" to LanguageLine during the video visit.
  • The provider verbally responds to the prompt with the language required and then are routed to the appropriate translator.
  • We are improving the user interface in the coming weeks including giving access to BCPs to connect.

We now allow Providers on Curve to store their signature

  • Providers on Curve can go to their Settings and draw their signature for use in documents like the POLST/MOLST, etc so they no longer have to do this everytime the sign a document. Next step is to update the documents to use this signature.
  • They can redraw their signature by clicking "Redo signature".

Care Traffic Controller (CTC)

CTC Improvements

  • We can now give individual CTCs access to the Locations tab as needed.
  • We made further improvements to New User Registration including allowing CTCs to view and edit usernames and security questions for a user should they forget them.

Other Platform Improvements

  • We now automatically log out users from the platform after 60 minutes of inactivity to provide a more secure experience and minimize the likelyhood of a bedside care provider using the app under someone elses login.
  • We now display the Start Video Visit and Pair Patient Device as soon as an appointment is scheduled to faciliate ease of demoing the product.
